A new satellite channel named Liska TV will make its debut in the Czech Republic on April 16. According to local reports, the service will be a joint venture between the Ceskoslovenska Obchodni Bank (55%) and Germany’s Bausparkasse Schwabisch Hall – BSH (45%) and distributed only a limited amount of programming – one hour, between two and four times a year – FTA via Astra 1. BSH is a savings and home financing institution and has already operated such a sevice, aimed at its clients, for 12 years in Germany.
