Subscribers to the BT Vision IPTV service will be able to enjoy content from Disney-ABC International Television, following a new deal with the US studio. The contract reflects the continued reliance of UK on demand providers with US content.
Included in the package are series Lost, Desperate Housewives, Ugly Betty, Scrubs, Grey’s Anatomy, Ghost Whisperer, Dirt, Alias, Criminal Minds, According To Jim and My Wife and Kids. A total of 650 new episodes will be available on demand to BT Vision’s customers, for rental in a post-DVD window.
Subscribers can either rent the programming on a pay-per-view basis or as part of one of BT’s £6 per month TV packs or the £14 Value Pack.
