The start of this month has seen a raft of new channels on Poland’s three DTH platforms. They include Nonstop Kino HD on Cyfrowy Polsat and n, bringing the total number in the HD format available to nine. Aside from Nonstop Kino HD, these are nSport HD, Discovery HD, TVN HD, Polsat Sport HD, HD Cyfra+, Canal+ Film HD, National Geographic Channel HD and Canal+ Sport HD. They are likely to be joined by several more services, especially on Cyfrowy Polsat, which currently carries only one, next year.
