The Czech DTH platform CS Link continues to improve to programme offer. A local report says it will shortly add four channels to its line-up – Viasat Explorer/Spice, Viasat History, JimJam and Nova Cinema – and enhance the signal quality of TV Nova. It will also introduce a new children’s channel named CS Film detem in the first week of December. CS link is one of the few DTH platforms in the CEE region that operates on a pre-paid rather than subscription basis – others include its sister service Sky Link in neighbouring Slovakia and Romania’s Focus Sat, which is owned by Liberty Global. It currently has around 200,000 active smart cards and 30,000 viewers receiving a la carte pay channels.
