The Polish incumbent telco TPSA will start to offer Internet access speeds of up to 50Mbps in parts of Warsaw from later this month, according to a local report. Although the France Telecom-backed company launched an IPTV service almost 18 months ago, only around 30% of its existing infrastructure is capable of delivering broadband Internet and video. Videostrada currently has in the region of 50,000 subscribers.
