Subscriber numbers at Tiscali TV have fallen back to just 36,000 after delays in getting the company’s national rollout underway. The former HomeChoice service previously declared in the region of 50,000 customers, mostly in the former HomeChoice heartlands of North and West London and the Hertfordshire town of Stevenage.
The Italian-owned operator has now completed the migration of the HomeChoice customers from third party networks onto its own unbundled network.
ARPU for IPTV customers stands at a respectable £40. The company has around 800 unbundled exchanges with 55% coverage of the UK.
