The Spanish media group Prisa has increased its stake in Sogecable from 45.781% to 46.003%, thereby consolidating its position as the leading shareholder in the company still further. Sogecable operates the Digital+ DTH platform and regional Canal+ premium channels. Its other shareholders include Grupo Telefónica and Vivendi.
