The Bulgarian incumbent telco BTC has appointed Bernard Moscheni as its new CEO. Most recently at the Belgian telco Mobistar, he will take up his new post on January 1 next year. Moscheni’s main task will be to boost the market share of BTC’s mobile arm Vivatel. The telco, which was taken over by AIG for €1.4 billion this summer, has yet to launch an IPTV service.
