A total of seven companies have been short-listed for the second round of bidding for a 49.13% stake in the incumbent Slovenian telco Telekom Slovenije. According to agency reports, they are Magyar Telekom, Saudi Oger Telecom, Australia’s Macquarie Bank, Iceland’s Skipti, an Anglo-German consortium made up of Axos Capital, Bain Capital and BT and the Caryle fund CEP lll. No details of the offers made by the seven have been made public.
