Alexei Miller has become the chairman of the board of Russia’s Gazprom Media. Long associated with the company and its CEO for the last six years, he replaces Alexander Dybal. Gazprom Media’s many broadcast interests include the DTH platform NTV-Plus and TV station TNT.
