MTV Arabia will make its debut on November 17. Operated through a long-term licensing partnership between MTV Networks International (MTVNI), Tecom Investments and its media unit Arab Media Group (AMG), it will be the first ever Arabic FTA youth entertainment and lifestyle channel and reach a potential audience of 190 million people across the Middle East. It will also fall under the umbrella of Arabian Television Network, AMG’s television broadcasting arm, which will shortly be adding a number of other channels, including Nickelodeon Arabia, to its portfolio.
