The alternative telco Tele2 is reported to have increased its stake in Tele2 Croatia from 51% to 93% following a recapitalisation. At the same time, the Croatian private equity fund Quaestus has reduced its stake from 49% to 7%. The recapitalisation is understood to have secured HRK120 million (€16.38 million). Tele2 Croatia has around 500,000 subscribers and is the country’s third largest mobile operator.
