Music Choice wins logo battle

The UK-based Music Choice has won a landmark legal victory over the ownership of its red and white bulls-eye logo. Its four-year dispute was with the retailer Target Brands, which owns around 1,500 stores in the US and is valued at $11.5 billion (€8.2 billion). Music Choice offers a digital music service to some 37.5 million homes in 18 countries in Europe and the Middle East.
