Max Telecom secures VoIP deal

October 4, 2007 11.24 Europe/London By Chris Dziadul

The Bulgarian alternative telco Max Telecom is reported to have opted for a VoIP solution provided by Belgium’s Attractel. It will allow the telco, which has been rolling out a WiMAX network that should eventually cover 90% of Bulgaria’s population, to offer Internet telephony as part of its portfolio. Max Telecom already operates an IPTV service named Maxtelecom.tv.
