Digital TV CEE, PRAGUE. Orange may consider launching an IPTV service in Romania, according to Jakub Brzeczkowski, the company’s director, TV for CEE countries, content division. However, its main focus in the region with respect to IPTV remains on Poland and Slovakia. In the former, its Videostrada service, which was launched in 2006, will next month expand its coverage of six cities to some 15. Orange has 10.52 million broadband subscribers in Europe, of whom 1.864 million are in Poland.
