Modern Times Group has launched its new Viasat 4 channel for the Norwegian market. The general entertainment channel got underway on Saturday evening in time to see Norway beat Moldova 1-0 in the Euro 2008 qualifier. The programme attracted an audience of 320,000 viewers.
Viasat 4 has distribution on the new Riks TV DTT pay platform as well as the company’s own satellite DTH operation.
As in Sweden, ZTV is being refocused as an internet TV channel.
