T-Mobile Hungary’s broadband Internet service is now available to over 45% of the population, according to company head János Winkler. He added that the number of customers subscribing to mobile Internet packages used with computers rose by 56% in the first six months of 2007. T-Mobile Hungary is the mobile arm of the incumbent telco Magyar Telekom and began a mobile TV trial with the national transmission company Antenna Hungária earlier this year.
