Data produced by TNS OBOP shows that the public broadcaster’s first channel TVP1 was the most watched in Poland in August. It claimed an audience share of 24.06% amongst all viewers aged 4+, 21.48% of those in the 16-49-age group and 19.60% of those aged 16-49 living in towns and cities. In each instance, Polsat was in the number two position, registering figures of 16.25%, 19.08% and 16.95% respectively. TVN24 was the most watched thematic channel in all three groups, with its best performance (4.15%) being in the group aged 4+. It was followed by the children’s Mini Mini (0.86% in the 4+ group), Viva Polska (1.02% in the 16-49 group) and Discovery (1.07% in the urban 16-49 group).
