According to data produced by AGB Nielsen Media Research, Eurosport was the most popular channel amongst viewers aged 4+ in Poland in the first half of the year. It claimed a share of 0.51%, while in cable and satellite homes the figure rose to 0.95%. Polsat Sport was in second place (0.46%, 0.85%) and followed by Polsat Sport Extra (0.10%, 0.19%), Canal+ Sport (0.09%, 0.16%), Eurosport 2 (0.03%, 0.06%), Extreme Sports (0.03%, 0.06%) and Sportklub (0.01%, 0.02%). However, in the18-49 age group, Polsat Sport was the most popular channel with a 0.51% share, ahead of second placed Eurosport (0.50%) and third placed Canal+ Sport (0.14%). The highest viewing figures for the sports channels were found among men aged 45+ living in urban areas.
