In a wide-ranging interview with the Polish press, Andrzej Rogowski, the president of Poland’s third largest MSO Multimedia Polska, has said that it plans one or two more acquisitions before the end of the year. They will be funded by proceeds from the company’s IPO – it has already spent PLN175 million (€46.4 million) of the PLN220 million raised – and possibly also bank loans. Multimedia Polska’s most recent acquisition saw it buy 15 cable networks serving 23,500 subscribers for a fee of PLN40.87 million in Q2 this year.
