The Polish commercial broadcaster TVN’s new religious channel will make its debut on September 16. According to local reports, the service, which has the working name TVN Religia, will be on air for 16 hours daily and offer a mix of programmes including documentaries and feature films. It will be distributed by the DTH platform n and cable, principally targeting viewers aged 30-40. TVN Religia will enter a niche market already served by TV Trwam, a station owned by the controversial Father Tadeusz Rydzyk.
