ProSiebenSat.1 plans to shut the SBS headquarters in Amsterdam, within the next three months. Guillaume de Posch, CEO, ProSiebenSat.1 told Deutsche Presse Agentur (DPA) the move would result in 20 full-time positions being made redundant.
Earlier this week the KKR/Primera controlled broadcasting group more or less closed down the news department at German general broadcaster Sat.1, making 180 positions redundant as part of 200 job reductions across the group, following the SBS acquisition financed by new debt.
