Data produced by COMCON indicates that the Russian business channel RBC TV claimed 10.03 million viewers in May 2007, or 30% more than 12 months earlier. Its weekly audience was meanwhile up by 44% year-on-year to 7.6 million, while the daily figure rose by 58% to 4.4 million. RBC TV, which can technically reach around 50 million people in Russia and a further 15 million in other parts of the CIS and the Baltic Republics, is now among the top three most popular news providers in Russia.
