The Viennese local commercial broadcaster Puls-TV is planning to distribute the channel via satellite and terrestrially. The company is currently negotiating with ORS for a distribution contract. According to CEO Martin Blank Plus TV made a moderate profit last year and is now ready to go on digital DTH. Blank is also positive about the changes of obtaining a DTT licence from the Austrian media authority, as regional channels will have priority.
