The Belgian cable operator Interkabel has reported 5,000 subscribers for its HD service, which launched last April. Also, about 1,000 people have preregistered for an HD-PVR, which will be available later this year. Interkabel offers an HD bouquet as part of its In-Di digital platform consisting of VTM HD, EXQI, HD1 and National Geographic HD. The company servces about 800,000 television households in Flanders on the Integan, Interelectra, PBE and WVEM networks.
