Nokia Siemens Networks is to supply Poland’s leading alternative telco Telefonia Dialog, which goes under the trade name Dialog Telecom, with an IPTV solution. According to the communications service company, tests will get under way in June, with a commercial roll out likely to follow at the end of the year. Telefonia Dialog is based in the Silesian city of Wroclaw and wholly owned by KGHM Polska Miedz. It was initially expected to launch an IPTV platform, supplied with content from Poland’s leading independent production company ATM Grupa, in Q3 2006.
