The Lithuanian incumbent telco TEO LT ended Q1 2007 with 200,918 broadband Internet (DSL and LAN) subscribers, or 69.5% more than 12 months earlier. At the same time, its VoIP and IPTV subscriber totals stood at 1,409 and 9,083 respectively. TEO LT’s IPTV service Gala TV made its debut in October 2006 and is targeting 40,000 subscribers by the end of this year. The telco, which list the TeliaSonera subsidiary Amber Technology as a 60% shareholder, also launched a DTT service in 2006.
