Finnish pay-TV platform PlusTV has signed its 100,000th subscriber. The purchase was made in the Expert electrical store in the town of Eura.
The DTT platform only has two channels, MTV3 MAX and Subtv Juniori, but crucially features Grand Prix motor racing. Later this month the package will be expanded to include film channel Subtv Leffa and in the autumn documentary channel MTV3 Fakta will also be added.
In September, following the country’s analogue switch-off, a suite of international channels will also be added.
