Jim Hodkinson is to retire as the chairman of Ideal Shopping Direct. The company announced that Hodkinson would step down once a replacement has been found to concentrate on some of his other business interests.
“I have enjoyed my time with Ideal and leave the Group in good shape and with a sound and solid platform to take full advantage of its many opportunities, as the digital TV revolution rolls out across the UK in the next few years,” said Hodkinson.
Ideal World is distributed on satellite, cable and DTT platforms.
