Setanta Sports has extended its carriage agreement with UPC Ireland. The recently launched Setanta Golf Channel will be added to the UPC-owned NTL and Chorus networks, while the Setanta Ireland channel will be included in the Chorus basic package for the first time.
The Setanta Golf Channel will be a part of the Setanta Premium pack. The channel is build around live coverage of the US PGA Tour, Champions Tour and additional live coverage from the Nationwide Tour and Asian Tour. The pack also includes Setanta Sports 1 and 2, which from August will screen 67 live games from the English Premiership. The pack is completed by Racing UK, NASN – North American Sports Network, Chelsea TV, Celtic TV and Rangers TV for a monthly €10.
Setanta Ireland also includes coverage of the English Premiership alongside live Champions League, live Rugby World Cup, live Formula 1, exclusively live Magners League Rugby, Schoolboys rugby and French Top 14 Rugby.
