Adrian Jezina

Adrian Jezina completed his studies at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and received an MBA.

His business career started at Ericsson (2000-2002), where he held various positions, from software designer to project manager.

In 2002 Jezina joined the venture capital funded cable company DCM in its start-up phase, where he was appointed as Split regional director. His career developed as a senior manager with the company and he was promoted to operational manager in 2004 and CEO in 2006.

The company grew, both organically and through acquisitions, to become the largest cable operator in Croatia. DCM was sold to BEWAG in 2007. BEWAG also acquired the country’s second largest cable operator and merged it into DCM, which was re-branded as ‘B.net’ and Jezina has continued to run as president of the board/CEO.

In recent years B.net has introduced many services to both the residential and business markets. B.net launched flat internet & voice, the first massive triple play service and digitised network.

Since Jezina became CEO of DCM revenues have grown from HRK38 million to almost HRK300 million in 2011.

Jezina was elected ‘The best manager of a year for middle size companies’ by the Croatian Manager Association. Recently, B.net was sold to Vipnet for €93 million.
