Csilla Vörös received a B.A. at the University of Economics, Budapest in 1979. She then worked as a research assistant at the Institute for Social Sciences between 1980-83 and subsequently joined the Mass Communication Research Centre, where she worked as an International Scientific Secretary between 1983-1986. Vörös later worked there as a Research Associate until 1990.
Vörös obtained a Master of Arts Degree in Political Science and Public Opinion Research from the University of Connecticut Storrs, CT, in 1986, then a Master of Arts in Communication at Annenberg School of Communications, University of Pennsylvania, in 1989. I was then a PhD student at the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, MA between 1991 and 1993.
Since 1993, Vörös has worked as the managing director of AGB Nielsen Media Research, Hungary (previously known as AGB Hungary).
