Russia’s Comstar-UTS has fully launched ‘Stream’-branded HDTV services in Moscow in the modernised part of the MGTS network.
It has also introduced a package offering broadband internet access at speeds of up to 20Mbps.
The Comstar-UTS HDTV package consists of three channels – MelodyZen, Voom TV and Luxe TV and costs R200 (€5.5) a month to receive.
On top of this, it is also offering a new HD VOD service, with movies costing R100 each.
Its new fast internet service costs R900 and R1,000 a month for 15Mbps and 20Mbps respectively, and the company is also offering a new package consisting of 10Mbps internet access, IPTV and HDTV for R1,250 a month.
