Russia’s Comstar-UTS ended Q2 with 146,000 double-play (internet and pay-TV) subscribers in Moscow, up 44% year-on-year and 9% in the quarter. Its ARPU in Q2 amounted to $21.4 (€14.8).
The company also saw its broadband subscriber total in the Russian capital grow by 85% year-on-year to reach 895,000 at the end of June.
Furthermore, its pay-TV subscriber total in the Russian regions grew by 32% in Q2 to 142,000.
