A new ad campaign launches this week promoting the autumn line-up on DTT platform Freeview.
The campaign, called ‘Freeview Presents’ centres on two emotionally charged TV adverts, Tears and Laughter, which showcase on-screen talent laughing and crying in moments from some of the UK’s most-watched comedy and drama series.
Owen Jenkinson, Freeview’s Head of Marketing, said: “With 95% of the nation’s favourite TV, Freeview is home to some fantastic content. The tear-jerking and laugh-out-loud moments in our TV ads capture the emotion many of us seek from TV and reminds viewers they don’t need to pay to watch some of the most-watched TV programmes.”
The two 20-second spots were created by Alex Moore & Lewis Beaton at Leo Burnett. Creative Directors were Richard Robinson and Graham Lakeland. Animation by The Saline Project.
