The Dutch cable operator Ziggo has promised a quick fix for the problems its customers are experiencing. The promise was made during a broadcast of the TROS TV consumer magazine Radar, which received over 5,000 complaints about the operator.
Ever since the integration of the Multikabel, Casema and @Home networks, the operator has been experiencing problems. They concern breakdown of services, issues with billing, long waiting times at the call centres, unsolved problems and unfulfilled promises.
During the live broadcast, Ziggo said it would solve the problems during “the next two or three weeks”.
The operator has also had a special meeting with Coax NL, the organisation of cable broadband consumers, to look into possible solutions of the ongoing problems.
