Andrei Kholodny has been appointed the deputy general director for the development of non-linear services at Tricolor TV, Russia’s leading pay-TV operator.
In this role, his main task will be formulating a commercial strategy for the development of new products and services, and the management of projects related to the development and implementation of additional services.
Prior to joining Tricolor TV, Kholodny headed the additional services department at Beeline between 2006-2010, where he helped launch the IPTV service Beeline TV and the Mobile TV service in Moscow.
From 2010-2014 he was responsible for developing all TV products at Rostelecom.
He was also a member of the board of directors at the ad agency NMA and at the media holding company NKS Media.
From the end of 2014 to 2016 he was head of Moyo.tv.
