The Bulgarian CME-owned broadcaster bTV has parted company with Vesela Dimova, its long-serving sales director.
Quoting an official message sent to the media, Capital reports that while no reasons have been provided for her departure, the split was amicable.
It adds that bTV’s head Florian Skala will temporarily fill the position until the appointment of a new sales director.
Unofficially, industry sources say that the reason for Dimova’s departure were diverging views with Skala on how the company should develop.
Dimova had been with bTV for over 16 years, while Skala took over at the helm late last year following the surprise departure of Pavel Stanchev.
