According to Digizone, the first will be known as Kutil TV and also the first in the Czech Republic and Slovakia to focus on DIY.
Although its launch date is likely to be in June, there have as yet been no negotiations with operators for its distribution.
Meanwhile, the second channel will be named Mudr TV and cover health and lifestyle issues. On air for 24 hours daily, it is expected to make its debut this autumn.
The third, known as Trhak TV, will offer teleshopping and also launch this autumn.
S&P Broadcasting already operates two thematic channels – Mnam TV (cookery) and Mnau TV (pets) – and also has plans to launch a further channel that will be named Z24 and focus on news.
An announcement on Z24 is expected later this month.
