RCS Management, the company through which Zoltan Teszari controls Romania’s leading pay-TV operator RCS&RDS, plans to acquire up to 21,000 of its owns shares for over €23 million.
According to ZF, the information was included in the notice of an EGM of shareholders to be held in Bucharest on April 3 and published in the Official Gazette.
RCS&RDS operates under the brand name Digi and is Romania’s largest provider of cable and DTH services.
Its main competitors are UPC and Telekom Romania.
