AMC Networks International has announced the following executive personnel changes: Kevin Dickie joins the company in a newly created role as SVP, Channels Group, UK, MEA and Poland.
Levente Málnay will take on the role of SVP, Channels Group, CE and NE; and Tanya Gugenheim will assume the role of SVP, mergers and acquisitions and Business Development.
Kevin will report to Mike Moriarty, President, AMC Networks International CE and UK. Company veterans
Levente and Tanya will also continue to report to Moriarty.
Dickie will spearhead content and brand strategy for the region’s portfolio of twelve channels led by AMC, SundanceTV and CBS Studios International joint venture channels CBS Reality, CBS Drama, CBS Action, CBS Europa and Horror Channel. He will oversee programming, scheduling, production, marketing, creative services, communications and technical operations.

Kevin arrives from Scripps Networks Interactive where he was SVP, Channels Group for the UK and EMEA. Previous to his role at Scripps, Kevin served at Discovery Networks in a variety of roles for over 15 years. Dickie will begin at AMCNI at the end of February and will be based in London.
Levente Málnay will expand his current responsibilities overseeing the company’s Central Europe portfolio to include management of the company’s channel portfolio in Northern Europe.
Formerly Chief Business Development & New Media Officer, Tanya Gugenheim in her new role as SVP, M&A and Business Development will be responsible for all activities related to the implementation of Group Corporate Strategy including the formation and management of strategic alliances with a focus on the maximisation of long term value.
She will continue to be part of the team leading negotiations for the Group’s successful joint ventures with CBS Studios International in the UK and across EMEA. Gugenheim has been with the company since 1999.
As a CBS Partnerships Board Member, Gugenheim oversaw the launch of the CBS UK channel portfolio on DTT in 2014 and she was instrumental in the acquisition of Horror Channel in the UK in 2005.
