German cable operator Unitymedia has made its streaming service Horizon Go available on PCs and tablets using Windows 10.
Horizon Go has so far only been accessible on iOS and Android devices and directly through the web browser.
When used on the customer’s Wi-Fi home network, Horizon Go offers up to 143 TV channels, 40 of them in HD quality, several catch-up TV services and access to video-on-demand service maxdome.
Around 100 TV channels can also be watched on a 3G/LTE mobile network, third-party Wi-Fi network or internet connection.
Horizon Go is part of several triple play and TV packages from Unitymedia, but can also be subscribed to individually for €4.99 per month.
