Arris says its integration of British technology vendor Pace is ahead of schedule.
Third quarter revenues of $1.725 billion were in line with company guidance, though difficult to compare year-on-year, given the acquisition of Pace, which officially completed on January 4, 2016.
“We had a strong third quarter with revenue solidly in line with our guidance. Cash generation was very robust, with our continued success in the market and the integration of Pace and planned synergies ahead of schedule. I am very proud of what the Arris team has accomplished so far in 2016, and excited to lead the organisation going forward,” said newly appointed Arris CEO Bruce McClelland. “The industry shift to enable the delivery of video content over robust, high-performance broadband networks continues to accelerate and is at the heart of our strategy. I am very confident we have the talent and product pipeline to capitalise on this global opportunity.”
Arris estimates fourth quarter revenues to come in between $1.665 billion and $1.715 billion.
