Zygmunt Solorz-Zak has resigned from the supervisory board of Cyfrowy Polsat.
In a statement, the company says he will now “focus on the creation of strategies and the supervision over their implementation in the group of companies controlled by him”.
At the same time, Tomasz Szeleg and Marek Kapuscinski have joined Cyfrowy Polsat’s supervisory board.
Szeleg was a member of its management board and CFO from May 2009 until September 2016, while Kapuscinski was with Proctor&Gamble, where he held a number of senior positions for 25 years, until September 2016.
Solorz-Zak is the founder and majority owner of Cyfrowy Polsat, Poland’s leading provider of pay-TV services, and its daughter company Polsat, one of the country’s leading broadcasters.
