Zappware is introducing IBC delegates to a new video interface. The Nexx 4.0 is designed as a dynamic environment that then adapts itself according to the end users behaviour.
Decisions are based on the content viewed on both linear and on demand services and across devices.
“We are serious about turning viewers into consumers,” said Patrick Vos, CEO, Zappware. “Entertainment Service Providers want to aggregate customer behaviour and build a kind of customer DNA to be able to predict the customer’s next move.”
Zappware hopes operators will be able to use Nexx 4 to recommending relevant quad-play packages and reduce churn.
