Croatia’s Restructuring and Sale Center (CERP) will be meeting tomorrow (Thursday, April 28) to discuss the sale of shares in the incumbent Hrvatski Telekom (HT).
Poslovni reports that the sale will be undertaken through public auction/block transactions on the Zagreb Stock Exchange.
HT is currently majority (51%) owned by Deutsche Telekom, with CERP holding a 2.9% stake.
The other shareholders are the War Veterans’ Fund (7%) and private and institutional investors (39.1%).
