Romania’s Antena TV Group is to undergo a minor change in ownership structure.
Quoting information supplied by the group to the National Audiovisual Council (CNA) requesting the change, Mediafax reports that it will see Camelia (41.78%) and Corina (37.46%), the two daughters of the group’s founder Dan Voiculescu remain the main shareholders and retain the same stakes.
There will also be no change in the stakes held by Mihai Lazar (8.64%) and Dan Voliculescu Foundation for the Development of Romania (3.92%), though Anca Raluca Gheorghe’s stake will be reduced from 3.75% to 3.65% and the company Grivco’s increased from 4.45% to 4.55%.
Antena TV Group holds satellite broadcasting licences for Antena 1, Antena Stars, Zu TV and Euforia Lifestyle TV, as well as for electronic communication network distribution of Antena 1 in a number of cities including the capital, Bucharest.
Meanwhile, Antena 3, another company in the Intact Media Group, holds satellite licences for the channels Antena International and news-based Antena 3.
