German cable operator Tele Columbus has commenced carriage of QLAR, marking the first large cable company to distribute the new German TV channel.
Around 900,000 households can receive the advertising-funded free-to-air channel which is offered digital and unencrypted.
The channel based in Offenbach near Frankfurt which used to be called Ebru TV screens movies, series, reality shows and programmes from the areas of entertainment, knowledge and cooking.
