The Polish cable operator Multimedia Polska ended 2014 with 779,000 TV RGUs, up from 751,000 a year earlier.
Of these, 382,000 were digital and 299,000 analogue, while 98,000 opted for its premium offer.

On the other hand, revenues from analogue and premium services both fell, in the latter instance by 1.5% to PLN27.2 million.
Multimedia Polska’s revenues in total amounted to PLN705.8 million (+0.9% year-on-year) in 2014, while EBITDA was PLN355.6 million, unchanged on a year earlier. Net profit fell by 27.5% to PLN70.7 million.
Commenting on the results, Andrzej Rogowski, the company’s chairman of the board, said that the internet segment remained the main driver of its business.
However, in its results the company also says it expects continued growth in its digital TV subscriber base over the coming quarters thanks to the introduction of such services as VOD and interactive TV.
