Skylink has announced important changes to the package of Hungarian channels in currently offers subscribers.
According to the company, which is owned by Luxembourg-based M7 Group and the leading DTH platform in the Czech Republic and Slovakia, the paid package will be withdrawn on January 6.
With individual channels included in the package no longer broadcast from Astra at 23.5 degrees East, customers will be able to watch them temporarily and for free via Eutelsat at 9 degrees East.
It adds that customers who have pre-paid for the Hungarian package will be apply the credit to other Skylink subscriptions.
Skylink says that customers with Skylink ready satellite receiver functions with FastScan will find the channels automatically retuned.
It will also inform them of other ways of receiving Hungarian channels in early 2015.
